Terms of service

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 years old. The Service is intended for individual professional use and the small teams that grow out of that.

The Service exists to help you maintain your own professional relationships. Don't use it to:

• send unsolicited bulk messaging or spam, on email or LinkedIn;
• scrape, harvest, or resell contact data, yours or anyone else's;
• violate the terms of any service you connect (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or any other); those terms still apply on top of these;
• impersonate other people or attempt to access another user's account;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source beyond what local laws expressly permit;
• introduce malware, attempt to overload the infrastructure, or otherwise interfere with the Service's operation.

Abuse leads to account suspension, with or without notice depending on severity.

You own what you put into Rowuv: contacts, notes, drafts, and the data imported from the accounts you connect. We act as the processor of that data on your behalf, on the terms described in our Privacy Policy.

You grant us the limited rights we need to operate the Service for you: store your data on our infrastructure, transmit it between the Service's components, run AI features you ask for, and display it back to you. Nothing more.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are listed on rowuv.com and may change with notice for upcoming billing cycles.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case at [email protected]. Where local consumer law grants a statutory cooling-off period or refund right, that law prevails over anything written here.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we don't promise it will always be uptime-perfect. Maintenance, third-party outages, and incidents happen. If something breaks, we'll fix it; we won't be liable for incidental losses arising from temporary unavailability.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion propagates within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we're legally required to suspend, or that have been inactive long enough that maintaining them stops being practical (we'll give notice in that last case).

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law (for example, gross negligence or fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced in-app, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
